Got Milk??

We do!

Finally!! We are now eating 100% whole milk! YAAAAAYYYYY!

No more formula for us.

Our pocket book is grateful.

I never thought this day would come! Luckily we bought a little fridge for the girls room and it's FULL of just milk for the girls. (well there is a thing of yogurt for tony and some jell-o, but that's it). We wouldn't have room for more than two at a time otherwise. I certainly don't have time to run to the store every other day! We are so excited. We had a little "no more formula party" when we finished the last bit. We did the DANCE OF JOY!! Do it with me now---

OK, thanks for sharing in our happiness!

I hate this day

Daylight Savings.

The bane of my existence.

You wouldn't think an hour would make a big difference, but for me it does. It always has. And now that I have children who I am trying to get to be 'normal' sleepers/eaters/whatever-else-ers, it's an even bigger deal. See, babies don't go by clocks. They have internal clocks. They don't know to adjust an hour for crying out loud! So they are pretty much going to go to sleep at their regular time and wake up at their regular time. The thought of going to bed and waking up an hour later than we already do literally makes me want to throw up. And I do not know how to break this cycle. I just don't have the energy. Sleep is so precious that losing that hour is just....oh I just dread it.

Now, I know that if daylight savings is the worst thing to ever happen to me, my life would therefore be perfect and I would never have a reason to complain again.

But I hate it and see no point to it so I decided to mention my feelings …

***Sickies Update***

Oh man. I got it....whatever it is. I had the audacity to think that somehow 'it' would miss me--even though every single person around me was sick. Stupid. So, I have a moment to blog because I've been banned from doing anything else until I get better. Thank you, dear! :)

We finally buckled down and took all three girls to the doctor yesterday. Doc looked at Ashleigh first since she has been sick the longest. He put the stethoscope up to her chest and said immediately, "She has pneumonia." I knew it. I just knew her breathing and cough sounded worse than 'just a cough' or her normal asthma. Then he looked at Avery and said she had bronchitis and an ear infection. 2 down, one to go. Jordyn was then diagnosed with some lung infection with reactive airway and is on two different inhalers. FANTASTIC.

So now we've got three different medication schedules, added to the other already existing treatments, to keep track of. It really reminds me of when the fir…
