Avery Look-Alikes

So, maybe Avery has a very common look---or I don't know what. But I, and a lot of other people, tend to find or see kids that remind them of her.

Here are two of the best examples.

1. There is a painting called "Snow Angels" by Robert Duncan and the little girl in the painting looks a lot like Avery. My sister and dad told me about it. See for yourself:

2. There was a web video circulating about 18 months ago, which was then turned into a commercial, that so many people have said reminded them of Avery (besides the fact that the child is a boy, but Avery had boy hair for a long time when she was a tiny baby). The laugh and everything was dead on. Eerily so. I'm sure you've seen it, but it's really cute, so watch it again. I DARE YOU to try not to laugh. I remember the first time seeing it (pretty sure on Ellen?) and thinking "wow--that is AVERY!" But it wasn't...obviously... :)

That is amazing! I didn't look at the video, but the picture sure does look like Avery. That must be an eery feeling.

Dude, she TOTALLY looks like both! That video was really cute. I didn't have my sound on, but I could tell he was belly laughing. And I'm pretty sure I have that picture hanging up in my boy's room-I'll have to look again to see if it's the same one.

"Why, yes! Yes, that IS paint!" (A gallon of paint, to be exact. And, yes, that is my car. The driver's seat, actually.) Veni, Vidi, Vici!

I came, I saw, I conquered! Well, I'm working on the conquering part. We all need to toot our own horns occasionally, so I am going to take a brief moment to do so. I know that whenever I get anything done, it makes me motivated to something else. Do you feel that way too? It's like the momentum takes over and you just start rolling! I usually roll right into a brick wall (i.e. children, etc.) And we, as parents, don't get the praise we should sometimes because it's just expected we do 'stuff'. Well, I have pretty much just made sure no one died in the past 15.5 months and the effects on my house are very evident. I like to be neat and organized. I hate clutter. Well, I've been living in massive amounts of clutter and it's just overwhelming and depressing, but it's not like I'm ignoring it on purpose.
